This special underwriting program is for any person who is not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident (Green Card Holder) or individual living in the U.S. with a valid work visa. This includes applicants with a visa anticipating a short term or temporary stay in the U.S. such as a visitors (B1/B2) visa.
