Wholesale life insurance brokerage company needs marketing and product support specialists!

Creekmore Insurance Group, Inc. is a wholesale life, long term care, and disability insurance brokerage. Marketing and product support specialists work with our field force of agents and help recruit new agents to business with us.

This is NOT a field sales job - no travel, no late night meetings, no take-home work.

We work with a field force of independent insurance agents and financial advisors, and serve as a complete technical back room providing quotes, underwriting help, and processing applications. We represent over forty major insurers.

Marketing specialists will recruit new agents to do business with us, and support these agents by providing product information, quotes, case design support, and assisting with the insurance underwriting process.

Experience: We have openings for both entry-level individuals, and experienced insurance people who are looking for a new place in the business. If you’re new to the business, we will provide all of the necessary training and education to get you off the ground. If you are an experienced, credentialed professional, we want to hear from you.

A state insurance license is preferred, but not required. If you do not have a license, we can help you get one.

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephone skills
- Familiarity with basic computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets

Job Duties:

- Recruit new agents to our field sales force
- Support new agents by creating insurance proposals and procuring marketing materials

99% of our business is done over the telephone. You must be willing to make 30-50 telephone calls per day. Some cold calling is involved, but these are all calls to insurance agents and agencies -not to the general public.

We are not in the insurance business, we are in the relationship business.

Business hours are 8:30 - 5PM Monday though Friday, and we dress casually.
